Payactiv was looking to transform their social media feeds as a way for customers to not only learn about their brand, but also engage with them with questions or for general customer support. They were looking to partner with someone who could coexist alongside their existing marketing team to help them create better content while also aligning content efforts organization-wide to bolster their social presence.

Through meaningful content and prompting, we drove a massive increase in the number of messages received on their social channels, checking a massive box in their growth goals to turn their social channels into an impactful customer service tool.

Content Accessibility

After discovering a need for cross-department accessibility into the content creation process, we built an entirely custom content scheduler, approval heirarchy, and campaign planner that connected strategies between departments.
